Tuna Muffin Pizza

Many times for different circumstances we have bread left for 2 to 3 days without eating it, that is, it is getting hard. This time I have a couple of muffins, so this is a good option to use as a pizza base. A different, healthy, fast and delicious way of taking care of yourself.

Ingredients: 2 Muffins 2 cans of tuna Tomato Sauce (attached link) 1 small onion 60 grs. Cured Cheese Elaboration:
  • STEP 1: In this case I have used 2 integral muffins.

  • STEP 2: The main base of a delicious pizza is its raw material and in this case I have cooked this Homemade Tomato Sauce (see attached link).

  • STEP 3: Cut the muffins in half and pour tomato sauce into its base. Then place tuna on the sauce and the onion that we have previously cut very thin. Then grate the cheese (I used the Payoyo Cured Cheese) above and put in the oven (previously heated to 220 degrees), for 10 minutes at 200 degrees. Enjoy and share it!
