The burgers are one of those foods that we usually eat on weekends or those times when we do not have time and therefore want an easy, fast cooking and delicious food, so these are homemade as well as healthy. The combination with homemade tomato sauce makes this dish a unique delight.Ingredients: 2 Breasts Chicken chopped 128 grs. Grated bread 2 Eggs Salt Pepper Olive Oil Extra Virgin Parsley Tomato Sauce (link attached) 50 grs. Almonds Elaboration:
STEP 1: In a bowl put the chicken, add the breadcrumbs, eggs, parsley, salt, pepper and mix.
STEP 2: Use the mold of a container, place transparent film on top and fill with the dough.
STEP 3: Hand tighten and wrap with the film.
STEP 4: Remove from the mold, leave in a container and put in the refrigerator.
STEP 5: Pour Extra Virgin Olive Oil in a pan, heat, cook the burgers. On the other hand heat the Tomato Sauce and pour in the dish. Place the burger on top and add the chopped almonds over it. Enjoy and share it!
