The fruit fancy all year round and even more because it is a natural sweet. On this occasion I wanted to have this dessert as it reminds me of my step during my training at the School of Hospitality in Cadiz where my teachers Auxi and Yolanda showed me this dish so easy and quick to prepare. This dessert also serves as a snack to take at any time of the day. To complement the Macedonia I added whipped cream without sugar and chocolate without sugar too, that is, we can enjoy an excellent dessert without adding too much sugar, since the combination of all its ingredients make this dish a unique, delicious and healthy pleasure! As my teacher Auxi said, "perfection exists."

Ingredients: 1 Litr. Orange Juice 2 Bananas 2 Apples Watermelon 200 ml. Creme 25 grs. Chocolate sugar free Elaboration:
  • STEP 1: Pour orange juice into bowls or glasses. Then peel and cut the bananas, apples and watermelon. Place on top of the juice, the fruit. Then mount the cream and place a couple of tablespoons of cream on top of the fruit. Grind the chocolate with the túrmix until getting powder. Sprinkle on top of the cream. Enjoy and share it!
