Just a month after turning 18 months since my evolution began. Evolution which is gradually being noticed as you can see. This month of August, I have trained more in the pool in which in a week-end I will finish and less in the gym. Because of this, my joint pains have subsided, so I will continue to train 3 days in the gym and 3 days walking.

Less weight and more sacrifice

Slowly

Little by little my healthy lifestyle puts more emphasis on my body and my mind. Improvement in my body through different physical activities like walking and sports through the gym and swimming make my thrombosis and therefore the APS or Antiphospholipid Syndrome (a rare disease) that I have take you more enjoyable.
