This month I was able to take more weights than the previous one. Until 23rd of April of 2017, there are only 7 weeks left until my first year since I started my change to a Healthy Lifestyle. And as such that is my goal, to see myself within my possibilities in the best possible way. My weight remains stable, although I hope to lower of 100 Kgrs.
